The problem
Selling online is the easy part. Behind every order are pickers on the warehouse floor, a till check, a driver on the road and cash to reconcile, often spread across several stores and several disconnected tools. Orders get delayed, items go missing, cold items get warm, and nobody can say where the cash is.
The platform runs the whole chain in one system.
How it works
Shop → Route → Pick → Verify → Deliver → Settle
- Shop. The customer pins their address, gets their nearest store's catalog and checks out with a delivery slot.
- Route. The order goes to the right store or warehouse automatically, based on delivery zones.
- Pick. Pickers work through orders in sessions, filling barcoded baskets and marking substitutions or unavailable items.
- Verify. The till scans every line, flags missing or damaged items, adds bags and prints the receipt.
- Deliver. The driver scans baskets, the customer gets an "on the way" notification with an ETA, and proof of delivery is captured with a photo and signature.
- Settle. Cash collected on delivery goes to the driver's wallet and is settled at the store; baskets come back.
